As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in the effective and efficient management of project requirements for the Housing Portfolio. This includes successful task administration; 'triaging' priority tasks and proactive identification of system, policy, and process improvements to consistently meet divisional and organisational requirements.
This position is responsible for the effective and efficient management of Quality Management Systems (QMS) requirements within the Housing Portfolio Division function as assigned including:
- Support QMS and Reporting by implementing and maintaining project reporting and documentation processes, ensuring updates align with QMS requirements for managers, directors, and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback, provide advice, and enhance best practices, compliance, and continuous improvement across systems and documentation.
- Analyse and report on systems and processes for efficiency, cost, and quality, documenting lessons learned and contributing to ongoing business process improvement.
Responsibilities include exceptional attention to detail, ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, project coordination, and management skills, ability to work through high-volume workloads, strong work ethic, and problem-solving capabilities, demonstrated collaboration, data capture, analysis, information presentation, and reporting skills.
