Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Administrative Professional to manage the installation process of interactive whiteboards in schools and childcare centres across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers from order receipt through to installation completion.
  • Communicate estimated installation times and changes promptly.
  • Compile and maintain relevant paperwork in Salesforce.
  • Determine internal employee or external contractor assignments based on workload and location.
  • Collaborate with the installation manager to optimize team capacity.
  • Maintain the installation calendar to ensure effective job completion.
  • Coordinate logistics for third-party installations.
  • Monitor Salesforce Dashboards to maintain installation KPIs.
  • Recommend improvements to systems and processes.
Requirements

To be successful, you will need:

  • Proven 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual.
  • Strong computer skills, preferably with Salesforce experience.
