About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Beauty Consultant to join our team at Cumberland Park. As a Beauty Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and advice on a range of health and beauty products. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing friendly and professional customer service and advice on health and beauty products.
- Suggesting products that meet customers' needs and closing sales.
- Explaining how products work and demonstrating how to use them.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Coordinating product launches, special events, and promotions.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest innovations in beauty.
- Building a solid client base.
- Attending regular training sessions.
- Operating a cash register and EFTPOS facilities.
- Managing inventory and ensuring displays are merchandised appropriately.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous extensive experience as a Beauty Consultant. Your demonstrable success with sales, promotions, and events will be essential in achieving success in this position. You must also have outstanding customer service skills, inventory management experience, and sales, demonstration, and up-selling experience. Additionally, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work flexible hours.
