We are seeking highly skilled professionals with a background in Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling or Occupational Therapy to join our team in Albany WA. This diverse role offers flexibility, autonomy and the support of a strong team of healthcare professionals.

As an Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist, you will work with clients to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes. Your duties will include case management, applying clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes, working with employers and employees to develop injury prevention programs, and collaborating with medical and allied health professionals.

The ideal candidate will have a qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Nursing, Social Work or Physiotherapy, registration with AHPRA or ASORC or ESSA or AASW, previous experience in the Occupational Rehabilitation industry, excellent communication skills, compassion and empathy, and strong time management skills.
