Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Software Systems Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT administration and experience working with virtual server infrastructure and networking.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in IT administration, preferably with Cherwell Service Management or other IT Service Management solutions
  • Solid knowledge of virtual server infrastructure and networking
  • A logical and systematic approach to troubleshooting and problem resolution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
