About the Role

This role involves working in partnership with other analysts, team leads, and partners across Enterprise Cybersecurity and the enterprise to drive successful business adoption of our IAM platform, strengthen access controls, reduce business and access risks, and contribute to the success of cybersecurity at Fidelity.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver requirements documentation, process mapping, and manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Conduct research and analysis independently, including applying data-driven insights, constructing complex diagrams and visualizations, and documenting current and future states of complex projects.
  • Lead and foster collaboration with key partners, proactively sharing information and addressing potential challenges early on.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including identifying opportunities for improvement and collaborating with experts and leaders to guarantee accuracy and completeness.
