Kip McGrath Balwyn, VIC, is seeking a dedicated and experienced educator to lead our team of tutors and deliver exceptional tuition services to students.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of tutors to provide high-quality tuition services to students;
  • Develop and implement effective teaching programmes to meet the needs of students;
  • Collaborate with the centre manager to achieve business objectives and maintain a positive reputation in the community;
  • Ensure compliance with the Western Australian maths and English curriculum across primary and secondary sectors;
  • Recruit, train, and support tutors to deliver outstanding educational services.

Requirements:

  • Teaching qualification and experience in primary and/or secondary teaching, with a focus on literacy, English, or maths;
  • Outstanding teaching skills and a passion for student success;
  • Exceptional organisational skills and ability to work under pressure;
  • Strong communication skills and ability to have difficult conversations with parents and staff;
  • Commercial acumen combined with altruistic values.
