Business Transformation Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Improvement Lead to join our Technology team at Coles Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and driving the planning and delivery of cost optimisation and business improvement initiatives for our Technology portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate alignment of initiatives with the Technology strategic roadmap and objectives to executive and senior level stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to optimize existing processes within technology operations and partner with our business to identify opportunities to optimise the supply chain, including inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and fulfillment.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments, including operations, IT, finance, and procurement, to gather requirements, prioritise initiatives, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of automation initiatives and track progress towards goals.
- Build trust with key stakeholders and protect and enhance Coles' reputation with customers, stakeholders, regulators, and media.
We are looking for a passionate people leader with at least 5 years' experience in Business Transformation, Service Improvement, or Business Improvement projects, preferably in a technology environment. You should have excellent analytical and problem resolution skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical solutions and advice into clear, specific information that is understood.
You will be a strong leader who has indirectly led members from diverse disciplines and backgrounds, running in multi-speed and cadence delivery methods. You should have experience using metrics to measure, influence, and initiate change and behaviours that directly impact customer success.
