Job Opportunity: Culinary Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled culinary expert to prepare and cook nutritious meals for children.

The role requires cooking meals in line with the nutrition guide, preparing morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea, adhering to food allergies & dietary requirements, clearly labeling allergy variations on the food service trolley, maintaining kitchen cleanliness & hygiene, and managing food storage & inventory.

Requirements:
  • Food Safety Supervisor certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Cookery/Hospitality preferred
  • Experience in an Early Childhood setting preferred (or aged care)
  • Working with Children Check
  • Sound knowledge of allergy management processes
