Senior Learning Leader

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our Senior Learning Community as a House Leader. This role is responsible for supporting the social, emotional, and spiritual needs of students.
The successful candidate will be a strong leader with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills. They will be able to work effectively in an environment with other Christian colleagues who share a commitment to sharing the love of Jesus.
Main Responsibilities:- Support the Deputy Head of SLC – Pastoral in driving a professional improvement agenda and contributing to a shared educational vision focused on delivering quality learning outcomes for all students.
- Lead behavioural processes to promote positive relationships among students and staff.
- Manage cultural events that foster a sense of community and belonging.
- Promote student voice and involvement in decision-making processes.
- Set high expectations for behaviour and attendance, while providing support and guidance to students as needed.
- A commitment to the College's vision, mission, and values.
- Dedication to working in an environment with other Christian colleagues who share a commitment to sharing the love of Jesus.
- Relevant qualification or experience in education or a related field.
- Exceptional attention to detail and initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
