Big Umbrella is a leading provider of Workplace Health and Rehabilitation services in Australia. We are seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team in North Strathfield.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum + superannuation

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and qualified individual to manage a moderately sized caseload of Workplace Health clients. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting workplace assessments, functional capacity evaluations, and ergonomic assessments to facilitate return-to-work outcomes.

You will work closely with clients, employers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans that promote optimal health and well-being. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, while your ability to work independently and as part of a team will allow you to contribute to a collaborative and dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a moderately sized caseload of Workplace Health clients
  • Conduct workplace assessments, functional capacity evaluations, and ergonomic assessments
  • Develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans
  • Communicate effectively with clients, employers, and other stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes
Requirements
  • AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or ESSA-accredited Exercise Physiologist
  • At least one year of experience in Workplace Rehabilitation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Driver's licence and car
