Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a permanent opportunity as Project Support Officer in West Perth.

About the Role
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to prepare them for and assess the impacts of organisational change initiatives.
  • Support business operations by undertaking administrative tasks associated with project management.
  • Determine resourcing requirements based on project status.
  • Develop documentation, interview stakeholders, and present findings to the team.
  • Minute PMO meetings, schedule attendance, and create follow-up documentation.
  • Create scheduling documents, plans, and presentations for the team.
  • Manage communication across all areas of the business.
  • Coordinate intra-company meetings with other teams.
  • Develop Organisational, Project, and key deliverables documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and fact-check key documentation.
