Our theatre suite is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, and our team of experienced clinicians provide expert care to patients undergoing oral surgery procedures.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing advanced skills and knowledge to support staff and VMOs in the smooth running of lists with a focus on patient safety and best outcomes;
- Supporting Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Graduate nurses, and students in the perioperative area;
- Planning and coordinating services relating to oral surgery services provided by the Level 3 team.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years' experience in a perioperative environment performing oral surgery;
- Previous Clinical Nurse experience highly valued but not essential;
- Leadership and education skills to support staff, students, patients, and relatives within the Level 3 Theatre Suite;
- Able to ensure adherence to clinical standards and application of principles of best practice to maximise high quality patient outcomes.
