About the Role

The ideal candidate will be an ambitious professional looking to take their career to the next level in an advisory environment, working with high-profile clients across various industries. Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing a diverse range of mandates, including buy-side, sell-side, valuation, financial modeling, and corporate advisory tasks.
  • Collaborating with a broad spectrum of clients, ranging from publicly listed companies, large private entities, government bodies, and private equity groups.
  • Preparing pricing materials and valuation reports, encompassing detailed financial models and completion of financial analysis.
  • Providing valuable financial due diligence insights to buyers and vendors by delving into financial information.
  • Supporting the preparation of key transaction documentation, including teaser documents, information memorandums, and company presentations.
  • Contributing to the day-to-day execution of transactions, involving interaction with clients, financiers, and legal advisors.
  • Identifying, investigating, and pursuing business development opportunities to generate future revenue for the team.

About You

To excel in this role, you will possess:

  • Professional services or investment banking experience, ideally in a corporate development capacity.
  • A strong passion for corporate finance, underpinned by a solid work ethic and motivation to achieve outstanding outcomes for clients, KPMG, and yourself.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
