Inventory Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to oversee the control and flow of inventory within our business, ensuring optimal stock levels and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Inventory Monitoring: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure adequate stock for business operations.
- Supply Chain Management: Identify and manage finished goods approaching shelf life to minimize waste and reduce losses.
- Inventory Control Systems: Ensure 3PL's inventory aligns with company standards.
- Stock Take Program: Manage the end-to-end monthly stock take program, including setting up and managing periodic stock counts and audits.
- Trend Analysis: Develop trend reports to support root cause analysis and identify areas for process improvement.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills with experience in inventory management and a strong understanding of inventory management software and systems.
- Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced Excel capabilities, with experience using ERPs (SAP advantageous).
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as good numerical ability.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate inventory records.
