About the Role

Nikos is a growing business that specializes in modern and traditional Greek cuisine. We are seeking a talented and passionate chef to join our team.

This is a full-time position at our Fairfield location, offering a great opportunity to work for an industry leader. The successful candidate will have the chance to progress to Sous Chef.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food to the highest standards
  • Plan menus and estimate food and labor costs
  • Discuss food preparation issues with managers and other staff members
  • Ensure the quality of food and presentation of meals
About You
  • You are passionate about good food and have a strong work ethic
  • You have full working rights within Australia and are available to begin work at 6am
  • You have at least two years of experience as a chef and high standards
  • You are dedicated to an exceptional customer experience and product quality
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen atmosphere is preferred
