Influencer Marketing Professional

We are seeking a talented influencer marketing professional to lead and evolve our influencer and gifting strategy across multiple brands.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategy Development: Define KPIs, campaign goals, and budgets for activations and long-term partnerships.
- Budget Management: Manage influencer/partnership budget with ability to scale spend based on results.
- Influencer Relationship Building: Build seasonal influencer and partnership roadmaps aligned to marketing milestones.
- Affiliate Program Implementation: Implement and manage affiliate/referral program with clear commercial attribution.
The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industry. A strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and audience engagement is essential.
