About the Role- Operate and maintain power generation, oxygen plant, and high pressure & low pressure compressed air assets.
- Work collaboratively with tradespeople and engineers in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Ensure set targets are met and the operation runs efficiently.
- A trade qualification in Mechanical or Electrical trade is highly regarded.
- Experience in boiler and turbine generation is desirable.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety.
- Self-motivated positive attitude and ability to work in small yet highly productive teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in both Lead Smelter and Copper Smelter Areas.
