**Optical Dispenser Role:**

**Essential Skills and Qualifications:**

- 1+ years of experience in optical or 2+ years of retail sales experience.
- Strong attention to detail, basic mathematical skills, and effective communication skills.
- Ability to build trusting and respectful relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, and friendly manner.
