Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a high-performing team of structures professionals, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for growth and development.
- Develop and execute business strategy, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation, and driving the development of new business streams.
- Provide technical and commercial governance across a portfolio of projects, ensuring delivery meets client requirements and AECOM's Project Delivery Framework.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, promoting a culture of collaboration and mutual respect.
- Work closely with peers and senior leaders to develop and drive implementation of business strategy, ensuring alignment with AECOM's global goals and objectives.
- Demonstrated experience in managing major transport infrastructure projects in a structures capacity, with a strong track record of delivery and client satisfaction.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams.
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience in developing and executing business strategy, and a deep understanding of the consulting services market.
- BE with 15+ years of relevant experience in the infrastructure sector.
