Career transformation requires dedication and perseverance. As a Career Coach, you will play a vital role in helping individuals discover their strengths and create sustainable employment outcomes.

About The Role

You will engage with people to provide tailored job creation services, assist them in providing for their families, building stronger communities, and discovering their potential. Key responsibilities include:

  • Reversing market job seekers to businesses to create long-term employment opportunities;
  • Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to engage employers;
  • Encouraging and motivating jobseekers to participate in suitable employment opportunities;
  • Maintaining accurate records and case notes;
  • Establishing strong relationships with stakeholders, including schools and community service providers;

You will travel across multiple sites on the Gold Coast, working collaboratively with your team to achieve our goals.

About You

We are seeking someone with:

  • Proven experience in business development, telemarketing, and customer engagement;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills;
  • Effective problem-solving abilities;
  • Competent IT skills and experience with mainstream software packages;
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills;

Apart from professional qualifications, you should hold a valid Australian driver's license, undergo a national police check, and possess relevant certifications.
