**Job Title:** Artificial Intelligence Developer

Westpac is seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence Developer to join our team of innovative professionals. As a key member of our AI development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experiences.

The successful candidate will have strong technical skills in programming languages such as Python, experience with machine learning libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn, and proficiency in software development frameworks such as LlamaIndex, LangChain, AutoGen, and DSPy. You will also need to have experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, automation tools like Jenkins, GitHub, and Bamboo, and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Chef.

You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate machine learning solutions into production systems. This includes designing and developing new AI-powered features and services, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deploy AI models, and ensuring the scalability and reliability of AI systems.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of Westpac's AI strategy, collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities, and stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in AI.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong programming skills in Python
  • Familiarity with ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
  • Advanced experience building solutions leveraging frameworks such as LlamaIndex, LangChain, AutoGen, DSPy
  • Experience building CI/CD pipelines and automation in Jenkins, GitHub and Bamboo
  • Deep experience with IaaC & configuration management tools such Terraform and Chef
  • Significant experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or similar for data processing and feature engineering
  • Experience with implementing solutions on Azure ML, Synapse and Azure AI Services
  • Familiarity with Graph databases and their usage pattern
  • Experience in backend & frontend development using Nodejs and React
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as bash, PowerShell
