About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at GenesisCare in Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient patient scheduling and booking processes, including coordinating appointments and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve high-quality patient services.
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry into our medical record system Mosaiq.
  • Liaise with internal and external support staff, including imaging departments.
  • Oversee call management and respond to messages promptly.

Requirements:

  • Able to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and efficient, with strong attention to detail.
  • Focused on delivering positive patient experiences.
  • Oncology or health experience with knowledge of Mosaiq or other electronic medical record (EMR) and practice management system.
