Role Overview

  • The role involves production of reporting from legacy environments.
  • Utilizing tools such as SAS, MS suite, TOAD and other SQL tools, and SAP.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity that requires deep understanding of current platforms to support decommission, automation, risk mitigation and other efforts within the data domain.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Executing processes to provide manual reporting and monitor automated solutions.
  • Unpacking and explaining design and date within current services, sufficient for solution design and product owners to plot roadmap to transition services to target state offerings.
  • Supporting domains consuming legacy data platforms to optimize their delivery.
  • Proactively managing risk, meeting all policy and compliance requirements.
  • Performing controls, adhering to process and procedures pertinent to role.
  • Escalating events, issues or breaches as they are identified.

Requirements:

  • Enterprise knowledge of legacy reporting assets and use of data stores such as GDW, SAP, SAS, TeraData.
  • Experience working with range of existing toolsets, including but not limited to MS suite (excel & Access predominantly), TOAD or SQL Developer, SAS, SAP, etc.
  • Proven experience in toolsets, including but not limited to MS suite (excel & Access predominantly), TOAD or SQL Developer, SAS, SAP, etc.
  • Software/Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Programming, or related tertiary qualification is advantageous.
  • 3+ years of experience within technology and data.
