This role plays a pivotal part in the overall success of our donut business, helping to establish us as a leader in the industry and demonstrating to customers that quality, freshly baked products are a family delight.

The ideal candidate will possess high-level bakery skills, excellent product knowledge, good organisational skills and self-management, ensuring all systems and procedures are followed consistently so the business continues to thrive.

We are seeking someone who can take the lead in making donuts, frying donuts, creating creams and fillings, and assisting with decorating. They should be able to understand ordering ingredients, communicate effectively with other team members to achieve great results, and work well under pressure.

Key responsibilities include:

• Experience in stock control;
• Efficient ordering of stock;
• Able to perform all prep work;
• Calm under pressure;
• Formal qualifications and experience in comparable bakery operations;
• Ability to read order sheets and consolidate orders;
• Friendly, hardworking individual with the right attitude;
• Ability to work as part of a team and multi-task;
• Punctuality and reliability in attendance for all work shifts;
• Excellent personal presentation, hygiene and cleanliness;
• Wearing appropriate attire, including uniform T-shirt, shorts/trousers, footwear;
• Willingness to accept responsibility, show leadership and act as required.
