We are seeking an accomplished Senior Contract Specialist to contribute to the success of our team in Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate effective relationships with customers and serve as a primary point of contact for matters related to payment claims, attribution, variations, defects, and reporting.
  • Establish and maintain streamlined systems and processes for subcontract management.
  • Drive compliance with contractual obligations and ensure performance-based contract administration plans are developed and implemented.
  • Prepare thorough progress and performance reports, identify areas for improvement, and manage supplier deliverables.
  • Foster continuous process improvement by identifying opportunities for streamlining operations and increasing efficiency.
  • Lead by example, inspiring collaboration and the achievement of shared goals with the team.
  • Maintain adherence to company policies while upholding high standards of workplace safety, inclusivity, and quality.
  • Communicate effectively across teams to achieve objectives.
About You

You possess extensive experience in contract management or administration, particularly resolving commercial and contractual matters, within a diversified organisation.

  • SAP Proficiency: Preferred experience with SAP for both transactional and reporting purposes, ensuring data-driven decision-making and efficient operations.
  • Multi-Tasking Capabilities: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks or projects concurrently, effectively meeting deadlines and ensuring project success.
  • Communication Excellence: Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and network effectively at all organisational levels, both horizontally and vertically.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems as well as maintenance or asset management processes.
  • Team-oriented and customer-focused, committed to achieving shared objectives.
  • Highly accountable and results-driven, with a strong focus on attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Law, Project Management) and/or equivalent work experience.
