Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to join our team as an Oshc Assistant Educator. As part of our OSHC program, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and education to children aged 4-12 years.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To assist the Coordinator in planning, implementing, and evaluating programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for children during school hours, after-school care, vacation care, and activities outside of normal operating hours.

Requirements:

  • A minimum qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (CHC30113 or equivalent).
  • Experience working with children in an educational setting is highly desirable.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and management.
