About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Software Specialist to join our dynamic team at Sue Turner Consulting. As an Enterprise Software Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing our Enterprise Applications, including ERP systems like TechnologyOne.

In this position, you will utilize your expertise in configuring, administering, managing, and maintaining Enterprise Applications to provide expert technical support and guidance for ERP systems, collaborating with project teams and stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert technical support and guidance for ERP systems
  • Undertaking in-depth technical analysis and troubleshooting custom applications, integrations, and scripts
  • Testing and validating changes, ensuring seamless integration between systems and processes
  • Developing future-proof integrations to streamline operations and minimize rework

You will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in IT, software engineering, or computer science, and possess a strong foundation in C# and VB.NET programming. You will also be well-versed in cloud migrations and able to transfer ERP applications to cloud environments.
