Affluent Salary Package:

We are offering an estimated annual salary of $85,000 to $95,000, based on your exceptional skills and experience.

About the Role

As a Concession Manager, you will lead a dedicated team in delivering outstanding customer service, exceeding sales targets, and upholding Bendon's values and vision.

  • Lead and Develop Your Team: Foster a positive work environment and empower your team to provide personalized service to every customer.
  • Customer Service Champion: Set the standard for exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction is memorable and impactful.
  • BRA-FIT Certification: Enhance your expertise with our comprehensive training program and become a certified BRA-FIT specialist.
  • Operational Excellence: Focus on tasks such as loss prevention, stock processing, and KPI achievement to drive business growth.
  • Partnership and Collaboration: Work closely with the Regional Manager to implement initiatives that benefit the store, region, and company-wide.
  • Visual Merchandising: Implement eye-catching displays and maintain high standards of visual presentation in-store.
  • Training and Development: Support your team's growth through regular training sessions and opportunities for professional development.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize Power BI and Ready Tech/Zambion to analyze sales data, identify areas for improvement, and optimize performance.
  • SEAMS Approach: Embody our SEAMS approach by creating a comfortable and confident fitting experience for every customer.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Rapport Building: Develop strong relationships with your team and customers to create a loyal following.
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Deliver outstanding service that exceeds expectations and drives loyalty.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrate a history of driving sales growth, achieving KPIs, and exceeding budgets.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
  • Can-Do Attitude: Showcase a proactive and solution-focused mindset, always willing to learn and adapt.
  • Concession Experience: While not essential, previous concession experience is highly regarded and will be an advantage in this role.
