Medical Information Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced medical information professional to lead our global medical information services in Australia, New Zealand, and Korea.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of MI services, managing customer inquiries, and developing effective relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Lead the development and implementation of global MI strategies, aligned with IDM/Global customer engagement strategy.
  • Oversee the provision of MI services in accordance with MI standards and prevailing regulations, including inspection readiness and business continuity.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including Customer Experience and Category Leads, to ensure MI supports and inputs into Market Customer Engagement strategy.
  • Collaborate with Omnichannel stakeholders to integrate MI capabilities in their strategic plans and work with local PHEX teams to ensure pull-through of global/IDM strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory requirements, and scientific advancements to inform MI practices and industry standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field; Master's in Science with MBA, PhD, PharmD, or MD preferred.
  • Demonstrated pharmaceutical industry knowledge/experience and success working in a highly matrixed environment.
  • 10+ years of Medical Information or related experience; 5+ years of management experience, preferably leading leaders or in a matrix environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of Legal and Regulatory environment and its impact on the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience working in a multi-cultural environment, with global or regional business responsibilities highly preferred.
