Job Title: Administration Officer">

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our team. This is a permanent full-time role, with no weekend work required.

The role involves managing calls, appointments, and various administrative tasks that support a safe, organized, and compliant workplace.

  • Welcome and assist clients and visitors with warmth and respect.">
  • Handle calls and enquiries, answering phones, directing calls, and responding to questions confidentially and professionally.">
  • Manage busy calendars to ensure clients connect with the right program staff at the right time.">
  • Keep records tidy by entering and updating client details in our system and preparing letters or information packs.">
  • Support finances by processing payments, managing petty cash, cab charges, and site credit cards, and assisting with invoice coding and reconciliation.">
  • Run the office by monitoring the inbox, managing mail and deliveries, ordering supplies, and coordinating basic maintenance.">
  • Provide first aid as a designated site First Aider (allowance paid).">
  • Offer ad-hoc admin support to managers, staff, and clients, as required.">

  • A valid DHS Working with Children Check.">
  • A friendly, outgoing approach and clear, confident communication.">
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.">
  • Well-developed time-management and organizational abilities.">
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.">
  • A current driver's licence.">
  • A First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain, with training provided).">
