Instructional Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced instructional leader to join our team. As an instructional leader, you will play a critical role in shaping the educational journey of our students.

Our college has undergone rapid growth since its inception in 2014 and is now home to over 2,300 students and 250 staff. Our unique structure includes a Kindergarten, Primary Years P-5 and Secondary Years 6-12, with plans to transition to a Primary P-6 and Secondary 7-12 model in 2025.

The key roles of our instructional specialists include:

  • Demonstrating high-level expertise in teaching and learning practice
  • Modelling exemplary teaching strategies that respond to student learning needs
  • Supporting others in using data to inform teaching practice and provide feedback on student learning growth and achievement
  • Engaging in collaborative relationships with students, colleagues, parents and the broader school community to support student learning, agency, wellbeing and engagement

Key Responsibilities:

  • To foster collaborative relationships with students, colleagues, parents and the broader school community to support student learning, agency, wellbeing and engagement

Requirements:

  • A relevant degree or postgraduate qualification in education or a related field
  • Proven experience as a classroom practitioner and instructional leader
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
