Administrative Support Specialist

InvoCare is a leading provider of funeral services in Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore. Our company operates over 300 funeral locations, 17 cemeteries, and 29 crematoria, serving families and communities across the region.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Administration Clerk. As the first point of contact for families and the community, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
- Manage incoming telephone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and document preparation
- Support the staff based in the office with exceptional administration support
Requirements:
- Competent administrative skills with an eye for detail and ability to follow procedures
- Good telephone manner and comfortable managing incoming telephone calls
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Computer skills in Word and Excel
