Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Analyst Programmer to join our team at InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting system analysis and design, developing programs, and providing system maintenance and on-going support.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Analysis and Design: Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and design systems to meet those needs.
• Program Development: Develop high-quality programs using Java and other relevant technologies.
• System Testing: Conduct various system tests to ensure that systems meet requirements and are free from defects.
• System Setup and Tuning: Perform system setup and tuning to ensure optimal system performance.
• User Support: Provide user support and training to ensure that users are able to effectively use the system.

Requirements:

• Technical Skills: At least 3 years' experience in Java Programming, Java Servlet Programming, Structured Query Language, JavaScript Programming, J2EE Development, and Oracle Application Server.
• Non-Technical Skills: At least 2 years' experience in working with the Government.

Education: Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent.

Work Experience: At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
