The Opportunity

 

We are seeking a skilled professional to play a vital role in assisting individuals with disabilities into long-term employment. With your exceptional customer service skills and knowledge of the local labour market, you will implement creative solutions to help our customers achieve their employment goals.

This is a fixed-term, full-time role available at our New Norfolk site. A typical week will involve assessing a customer's strengths and barriers to employment, implementing a tailored job plan, and progressing customers toward and into employment.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in Employment Services industry and/or Disability Employment Services (DES)
  • High level of assessment and case management skills
  • Delivering high levels of customer service
  • Ability to market and advocate for our customers
  • Understanding of National Standards for Disability Services
  • A belief and passion that everyone has the right to work
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced team environment

You must hold a current driver's licence, national police check, and relevant State/Territory working with children check or be willing to obtain.
