Financial Planning Lead

We are dedicated to developing technology that addresses the climate challenge, and we require a senior finance professional to help us achieve our MissionZero goal. This role is critical in driving financial excellence and supporting the CFO - APAC with month-end reporting.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Preparing year-end statutory accounts and financial statements
  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reporting packs for local management and a foreign head office
  • Facilitating and coordinating the preparation of annual budgets, specific financial plans, and a range of budgets and financial projections

This is a challenging role that requires strong commercial and financial understanding, project management accounting experience, and advanced excel skills.

Key qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor of Business/Accounting degree or equivalent
  • 7-10 years' practical experience in relevant roles and discipline
  • CA or CPA qualification
  • Excellent commercial and financial understanding
  • Project management accounting experience
  • Advanced excel skills and the ability to work with complex excel models
  • Ability to prioritize, meet tight deadlines, and work under pressure while remaining positive
