Job Description:

The Field Training Director plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our restaurant teams by providing exceptional training and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance operational skills and knowledge among restaurant staff
  • Collaborate with the operations team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these gaps
  • Ensure that all new restaurants meet our high standards through thorough training and support
  • Build strong relationships with franchisees and business managers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, provide coaching, and gather feedback

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in QSR or fast-casual management, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, while also being a collaborative team player
  • Demonstrated expertise in restaurant operations, including menu management, inventory control, and labor optimization
  • A current driver's license and a willingness to travel extensively within Australia
