Meaningful Pastoral Care Services

  • Contribute towards enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the pastoral care team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services.

Essential Criteria:

  • Qualifications:
    • One or more units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) or equivalent.
    • Relevant pastoral or theological study.
  • Skills and Experience:
    • Understanding of pastoral and spiritual needs relating to vulnerable populations.
    • Demonstrated empathy and affinity with people from diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills, including computer literacy.
