Key Responsibilities:
- Manage quarterly Asset Plans and monthly reports.
- Implement REP4 reporting with a focus on IRR and cashflow.
- Produce Tenant Cashflow and Arrears Reports.
- Develop and maintain accounting controls.
- Ensure tax and audit compliance.
- Educate and support team on financial issues like accrual accounting.
- Process month-end and deliver reports for each property owner.
- Execute general journals and conduct GST reviews.
- Lead Quarterly Forecast Process with the Management Team.
- Lead Property Budget preparations.
- Manage Outgoings Estimates & Wash-Up processes.
- Prepare additional reports for Owner(s) Half Yearly Reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA/CPA highly desirable).
- At least 5 years of experience in financial reporting in real estate or property management.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Understanding of the MRI/Argus system beneficial.
