Customer Service Representative

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our frontline team. As a representative, you'll be the face of our company, delivering exceptional service to our customers and creating memorable experiences.

This role involves operating point of sale systems, assisting with fuel and stock deliveries, maintaining a safe working environment, and ensuring effective merchandising and stock control for premium store presentation.

About the Role
  • You'll be responsible for delivering brilliant customer service, promoting products and in-store deals, and providing excellent service skills and strong attention to detail.
  • You'll need to thrive in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, and work as a proactive solutions-focused team player.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Operate point of sale systems efficiently and accurately.
  • Assist with fuel and stock deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
  • Ensure effective merchandising and stock control, presenting a premium store experience.

What You'll Bring:

  • Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
