Job Description:
- Empower independence and improve the quality of life for clients living in the Northern Sydney Area.
- Provide practical support and companionship for older people returning home after a stay in the hospital.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent (preferred).
- Experience in providing client-centred care.
- Current First Aid certificate.
- Valid driver's license and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle.
