Plant Operator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Operator to join our team in Victoria.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain the Liquid Treatment Plant, ensuring effective application of quality, safety, and environmental procedures and operations.
  • Sample and test liquid waste, liaise with plant leaders to ensure efficient processing of Liquid waste.
  • Maintain accurate documentation associated with day-to-day operations and ensure supply of consumables and equipment to enable staff to process liquid waste.
  • Operate a range of equipment as directed and ensure material being processed fits specification for external accepting companies or authorities.
  • Exercise utmost care in equipment operation, comply with requirements and attend to basic maintenance of equipment reporting any faults in writing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • HR License is essential.
  • This is an entry-level position requiring good time management and literacy skills, good communication and customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Able to work 4AM to 12PM from Monday to Friday.
