We are seeking an experienced ERP Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Tilray Medical in Sydney, Australia. This is a unique chance to work with a leading global cannabis-lifestyle and consumer packaged goods company that is changing people's lives for the better.

About the Role

This position involves studying business composition, processes, and informational needs of an organization with the goal of developing solutions to enhance effectiveness of company application and systems and GxP quality standards. Key responsibilities include:
  • Participating in technical meetings to define Information Systems solutions, functional specifications, implementation plans, effort, identify resources, and schedule activities;
  • Implementing, maintaining, and improving ERP Purchasing, Manufacturing, Finance, and Production modules for ERP systems throughout the enterprise;
  • Incident triage, management, and resolution for ERP issues;
  • Developing solutions, workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, analyzing alternative solutions, and preparing the Information System specifications;
  • Collaborating with other department managers and technical staff to develop and maintain the Information Systems;
  • Maintaining issues logs, release logs, and decision/approval logs;
  • Providing business process improvement, ERP adoption and training, isolating and escalating application incidents and problems;

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A university degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or an acceptable combination of education and experience;
  • At least 3+ years of direct work experience as a Business/Systems Analyst in an ERP environment;
  • Nav or Business Central administration/implementation experience;
  • Shopify management is a plus;
  • Proven ability with Microsoft Office365 applications, particularly Excel advanced functions;
  • Effective time management, task prioritization, and ability to consistently meet deadlines;
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team; A proven self-starter and highly motivated to make proactive changes;
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and highly analytical aptitude;
  • Fluent in English oral and written.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum

The estimated salary range for this role is between $85,000 and $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
