Personal Care Support Professional

This is an engaging role for individuals who are passionate about providing high-quality care to the elderly and promoting their overall wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing and grooming
  • Support residents in performing day-to-day tasks like eating and socialising
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure individualised care plans are implemented
  • Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and contribute to a team environment that fosters healthy ageing
Requirements:
  • A compassionate heart and genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional care
  • Ability to build strong relationships with a diverse range of people
  • Effective communication skills
  • A reliable and adaptable team player
  • Understanding of workplace health and safety practices
  • A Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent)
