**Design Visionary Role**

We're seeking an exceptional UX Design Expert to join our team and drive user experience innovation.

**Job Overview**

This is a pivotal opportunity for a seasoned UX Designer to lead the creation of intuitive, engaging experiences that elevate our platform. As a key member of our product team, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design solutions that exceed user expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Develop and iterate on UX designs, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals using Figma, Invision, Principle, or other multimedia software tools
- Analyze user needs and translate them into actionable design requirements
- Work with designers, engineers, and product managers to bring ideas to life through collaboration and effective communication
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and measure success
- Create clear, concise visual designs that align with brand guidelines and design systems
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design, incorporating new knowledge into your work

**Requirements**

- 3+ years of end-to-end UX Design Experience designing and shipping multiple products or features across various platforms
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to identify gaps/opportunities and investigate ambiguous problems
- Strong data fluency, using data to evaluate user problems, inform design solutions, and measure success
- Ability to create clarity through effective communication, making complex things simple and accessible
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing, turning outcomes into actionable insights to drive design decisions
- Interaction design experience using prototyping tools to demonstrate how a particular flow or interaction will work
- Strong UI design skills, creating visually appealing designs that align with brand and design systems
