Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Account Manager to oversee the execution of campaigns across programmatic channels. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing campaign setups and optimisations, working with clients on campaign briefs, and overseeing the setup of campaigns and trading platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Campaign Execution: Manage campaign setups and optimisations across all channels and platforms.
  • Campaign Briefing: Work with clients on campaign briefs, building responses and channel strategies that are relevant with the support of the Account Director.
  • Platform Setup: Oversee the setup of campaigns and trading in all platforms, completing data and trend analysis to improve overall performance and ensure delivery against client KPIs.
  • Team Management: Manage and lead a team of high performing Executives and Assistants, mentoring them and helping them to grow.
  • Insights and Recommendations: Provide in-depth insights, commentary and recommendations on campaign health and strategy.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-3 years experience in a similar position across digital activation or biddable.
  • Skill Set: Experience on tools such as DV360, Google Ads, Meta.
  • Leadership: Deep understanding of competitive advantage of media owners and technology vendors alike.
  • Team Mentoring: Experience managing a small team and mentoring junior members of staff.
  • Analysis: Proven ability to deliver analysis and insights in a fast paced environment.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
