About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled PAM Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Pyramid Global Technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the health and integrity of our PAM infrastructure
  • Perform regular updates and upgrades to ensure optimal performance
  • Ensure seamless connectivity and sync status between internal servers and Thycotic Secret Server
  • Configure firewall rules to enable secure connectivity to PAM infrastructure
  • Monitor and resolve sync issues to ensure the validity and currency of each secret
Secret Management
  • Setup and manage accounts according to onboarding procedures
  • Configure and manage secrets within the PAM platform
  • Create custom templates and policies for secrets onboarding
  • Develop and distribute PAM training guides and manuals for users
Access Management
  • Request AAD group membership as required for secrets onboarding
  • Maintain and update folder structure and access management rules
  • Configure business approval workflows for access to critical secrets
Collaboration and Support
  • Work with vendor support teams to address issues with the service/technology
  • Train users on the usage, features, functionality, and limitations of PAM
  • Organise technical workshops with UNSW IT and end users to resolve issues
