Corporate Card and Expense Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Card and Expense Management Specialist to join our dynamic team at Australian Radio Network. This is an exciting opportunity to take charge of our corporate card program and drive efficiency in our financial operations.
In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring accuracy and compliance of expense reports across the organization, while also assisting the accounts payable function.
Responsibilities- Management of corporate card expenses and staff reimbursements.
- Reviewing and processing expense reports in line with company policy.
- Manage a fleet of corporate cards, card enquiries and issue resolution.
- Weekly analysis and reporting.
- Training and support to card holders.
- Perform accounts payable tasks, including processing supplier invoices and payments.
- Assist with supplier creation and maintenance.
- 2+ years' experience in accounts payable in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with expense management and corporate cards.
- Strong communication skills.
- Intermediate Excel experience.
- Experience with a large ERP System, Oracle Fusion desirable.
- Understanding of Chart of Accounts structure and account coding.

What We Offer- A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
