The role of Maintenance Planning and Technical Records Manager is a critical position within our Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO). As a leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of maintenance planning and technical records outcomes for our fleet.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing CAMO team to ensure fleet safety, compliance, and readiness for service.">
  • Oversee maintenance planning and technical records for the CAMO, collaborating with vendors to ensure compliant planning, execution, and records management.">
  • Promote aircraft availability and ensure compliance with CASR Part 42 regulations.">
  • Provide exceptional customer service across the organisation with a strong emphasis on safety, leadership, and operational excellence.">
  • Cultivate a positive team culture, develop career pathways, and succession plans, and drive continuous improvement in engineering operations.">

Requirements:

">

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 7 years' experience in the aviation industry. You must possess trade qualifications within aircraft engineering scope, as well as strong written and oral communication skills.

Proven leadership experience in maintenance planning or continuing airworthiness within aviation is essential. A strong understanding of regulatory compliance and technical records management is also required. Additionally, a collaborative mindset with the ability to influence and drive results is necessary.
