The role of Clinical Nurse Educator is a vital part of the Specialist Palliative Care Team. We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as an educator, supporting the learning of the team by delivering expert support in nursing and palliative care.
Key Responsibilities- To deliver high-quality education and training to the team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to provide excellent patient care.
- To work closely with the team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these gaps.
- To stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in palliative care, and to share this knowledge with the team.
- A postgraduate qualification in palliative care (desirable)
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (desirable)
- Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse
- Current Driver's Licence
